Marty and Joyce Webb have operated this family owned and operated business located in Payneville Kentucky.  Three generations and over 80 years of hard work and combined experience has been dedicated to providing customers with the finest quality of smoked products and processing that anyone can expect from a small country butcher shop.  The company has seen two expansions one in 2000, and 2014. The addition of the USDA inspected building which houses my entire smoked venison kitchen, overall space expansion. Since the addition of the smoke house in 1986, we have grown tremendously! We started out with a Summer Sausage and Salami, and now we are making over 30 different products ranging from Jerky, Summer Sausages, Salami’s, Snack Links, and Sausage Links such as polish sausage, to even deli ham and bacon.

We could not be more proud and happy for Marty Webb and Kentucky farmer David Nevill and the product they have made. They introduced the Kentucky Dawgs with Hemp at the Kentucky State Fair in 2016 and 5 months later the hemp dawgs were served at the Bluegrass Ball as part of the inauguration celebrations in Washington DC. “What a great way to promote Meade County and the wonderful creative people that live and work here. People like this make my job very easy” remarked chamber director Carole Logsdon.
