Ruff to Pawsome Dog Grooming Salon & Services, LLC, the Meade County Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Elizabethtown Small Business Center will celebrate the formal Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting on Aug. 28 at 10 am. This will be to celebrate one of the Chamber’s newest members, Ruff to Pawsome. They opened their doors to the public on July 12th and are accepting new appointments.
